How is student strength counted?
Every student on roll. Students you mark as left (struck off) stay in your records but are no longer counted.
What if our numbers change during the year?
The price follows your student strength, so it rises with admissions and falls when students leave. The base fee stays the same.
How does the volume discount work?
Institutes with 500 or more students pay a lower rate per student. Tell us your strength and campuses and we will quote it.
We run a school and an academy. Do we pay twice?
Both modules run on one account, with one record per student. Talk to us and we will quote a combined price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new institute gets 14 days free with the full module, set up with your own classes or batches. No advance payment.
